Do you struggle to adopt simple daily habits that you know will improve your health?
You already have at least one healthy habit in place, such as regular exercise, drinking plenty of water, eating a wholefood diet, or daily meditation.

Yet you know you’ll benefit once you make these practices a regular part of your life. And you yearn to take those vital steps up the health ladder.
These health-giving habits are rather like the foundations of your house. Solid foundations form the base for a stable building; if just one corner of the foundation is weak the whole building can easily become unstable.
While the body is amazingly resilient to less than ideal conditions; as we grow older the cracks begin to show and our health suffers. The good news is that many symptoms of dis-ease are reversible once the basic foundations are in place.
Establishing health-giving habits involves three stages:
- preparation
Inner preparation, frequently missed out by people starting a new habit, involves reconnecting with your innate ability to care for yourself, and dissolving any limiting beliefs which are likely to sabotage your efforts.
This inner preparation will give you the confidence and motivation you need to get started with new habits.
- nurturing
The second stage is the nitty gritty of starting and nurturing your new habit. As you get started you will have the support of myself, the group and your buddy to help you through any practical problems or emerging inner barriers. We'll also want to hear how you've got on each week.
- consolidation
As your new habits take root, you will start to experience improvement in your health. These benefits will motivate you to keep going, and take steps to ensure you continue your new habits once the programme is over.
Introducing
Foundations for Health 
‘Foundations for Health’ is a six week programme to help you select, introduce and implement 2-3 health-giving habits on a regular basis.
It will help you to:
- reconnect with your natural, inner pointers to wholeness and health
- learn a simple healing technique you can use to dissolve any feelings or beliefs which have held you back from successfully adopting health-giving habits in the past
- take a new approach to adopting one or more of the following health-giving habits:
- A delicious and easy-to-prepare, yet often overlooked, component of a healthy diet.
This is the 'green smoothie' which makes your blood more alkaline, triggering improvement in many health symptoms.
- A delicious and easy-to-prepare, yet often overlooked, component of a healthy diet.
- An appropriate exercise routine to fit into your lifestyle.
If you choose this habit, I will support you to find exercise to suit you and your circumstances.
- An easy way to manage your emotions, rather than continue to allow them to manage you.
This is EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) - a quick and easy way to dissolve negative emotions.
- An effective method to deeply nurture the core of your being.
This is the ancient, Sufi practice of Remembrance, which involves going into your heart and connecting with the power that made you.

How will you achieve these results?
Foundations for Health is a potent mix of information, inspiration, healing and support.
The programme is limited to 8 participants so everyone gets individual attention, and we can get to know each other. It comprises:
6 Teleclasses & Buddy upport
The Teleclasses comprise short information and 'how to' presentations, practical activities, and informal discussions where we share ideas, challenges and solutions.
Between the Teleclasses you will have the support of a buddy who will help you introduce and implement your habits. You'll be in touch with each other by email and phone.
Preparation (Teleclasses 1 & 2)
A major stumbling block to forming new habits is not taking account of the blockages which get in the way. Fear of looking silly in the gym, or a belief that 'My mind never quietens when I try to meditate' can completely sabotage your efforts. The core of the first stage is to dissolve these blockages, so you have a clear path ahead.
I'll also introduce the four health-giving habit areas, and you'll check yourself out on the Healthy Habits Wheel, and select 1-3 habits that are appropriate for you.
Buddy work will help you to continue to dissolve any more blockages which appear, and set targets for 1-3 new habits.
By the end of this stage you will feel confident and excited about starting your new habits, you will have set your targets, and made the necessary practical preparations.
Nurturing (Teleclasss 3 & 4)
This stage will help you get your new habits in place and running smoothly. We will address practical problems and any emerging inner barriers as they arise. You will record successes, insights and challenges on a daily basis, and review progress at the end of each week.
As the habits bed down, we will share insights and look more deeply into the ways they benefit our health.
Buddy work will help you get your new habits in place, and resolve any emerging problems.
By the end of this stage you will be confidently and enthusiastically practising 2-3 new health-giving habits.
Consolidation (Teleclasss 5 & 6)
In the third stage we will continue to address any emerging problems. However your main focus will be on noticing and celebrating successes. You'll make plans to continue your habits for the long term.
Buddy work will help you consolidate your new habits.
By the end of this stage you will be confident that you will continue your new health-giving habits, and that you will be able to extend your health-giving foundation with more habits.
Recordings
In case you miss a Teleclass, or wish to review it, each one will be available afterwards as a recording.

Premium version: 'Dissolving Barriers' individual session
The Premium version includes a one hour individual phone session to help you dissolve any barriers getting in the way of your desired healthy habits. It can be taken at any time from the start until one month after the end of the programme.
If you require more than one Dissolving Barriers session this is available at an additional cost of £40 per session.
